A little info before you book...

  • Group tours are open for any wine lover whether just aspiring or hardcore. The maximum group size is mentioned on each tour page and is kept small ensuring a nice intimate atmosphere and personal attention from our Grape guide. 

  • Payment is required at the moment of booking. Once payment has gone through you will receive a voucher by email from our system confirming all details.

  • The tours will go ahead with a min of 4 pp signed up. Should less sign up, we will contact you ahead of time to give you notice, to offer an alternative solution if available, or to refund you (you can choose which, of course). 

  • We recommend booking well in advance so we can plan ahead. Each tour requires extensive planning (booking wineries, lunch, etc), so the earlier we know the better we can plan them.

  • We reserve the right to change a schedule (for example substituting a winery with another) in case an availability issue arises. We will always ensure the quality of the experience, so a change will not lead to anything less good.

  • We strongly recommend travelling with personal travel insurance that will cover you in case you need to cancel due to an unforeseen event. Please see the Grape Tours cancellation policy here.

  • If the tour you would like to book shows a waitlist, you can sign up for it and get notified if seats open up. In any case, we recommend booking a second choice, and then if spots open on the first choice a change can easily be made and without extra fees.

PLEASE NOTICE: All tours will start from our Grape Tours office downtown Florence (address: Via dei Renai 19 - google map Grape Tours in Tuscany) where you can check in around 15-20 minutes prior to your tour start (time on the voucher) and enjoy complimentary coffee, wifi and of course toilet facilities.
