A little info before you book...

  • Payment is required at the moment of booking. Once payment has gone through you will receive a voucher by email from our system confirming all details.

  • There's a link to Grape Tours' cancellation policy on the Terms & Conditions - you can find the link on the bottom of each page. You can forego the cancellation policy by purchasing a 10 euro cancellation insurance that will guarantee you a full refund up to 24 hrs before the tour start.

  • Should we not reach a minimum number of participants for a tour, we will contact you ahead of time to give you notice, to offer an alternative solution if available, or to refund you (you can choose which, of course). 

  • We recommend booking well in advance so we have a chance of planning ahead. If booked very last minute, we will get back to you in case it will not be possible for us to run the tour.

  • If the tour you would like to book shows a waitlist, you can sign up for it and get notified if seats open up. We recommend booking a second choice, and then if spots open on the first choice a change can easily be made and without extra fees.

PLEASE NOTICE: All tours will start from our Grape Tours office downtown Florence (address: Via dei Renai 19 - google map Grape Tours in Tuscany) where you can check in around 15-20 minutes prior to your tour start (time on the voucher) and enjoy complimentary coffee, wifi and of course toilet facilities. If you are staying outside of Florence, you can join our tour from the outskirts of Florence in Galluzzo (just off the A1 "Impruneta" highway).

Please notice that to participate in our activities, it is necessary to be in the possession of a digital Covid Certificate or equivalent.
