The Real Florence Food Walk
Join an English-speaking local food expert for a delicious walk through one of Florence’s most authentic, lived-in neighborhoods. Begin your morning the Italian way with a sweet breakfast and coffee, then dive into the daily rhythm of the city at a bustling local market where Florentines shop for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Along the way, you’ll taste fruit straight from the stalls, explore historic shops and delicatessens, and learn the stories behind traditional Florentine dishes. The experience continues with a tasting of typical cheeses and charcuterie paired with local wine, followed by a true Florentine classic — lampredotto or a truffled panino — and ends, of course, with exceptional gelato.
