Campo Sasso - our vision of a farm
Campo Sasso is not simply a villa in Tuscany. It is a place shaped by the life, values and passions of Pierre and Rebecca Gouttenoire, and an invitation to experience the Tuscany they love from the inside.
Set in the peaceful hills of Chianti Classico, only thirty five minutes from Florence, this traditional farmhouse was carefully restored using local materials and Tuscan craftsmanship. With three bedrooms, generous living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen, the entire house welcomes up to six guests for a private stay surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, vineyards and open countryside.
A Home Shaped by a Way of Life
Pierre and Rebecca created Campo Sasso as a natural extension of the world they have built together in Tuscany: a world where wine, artisan cheese, agriculture, hospitality and family life are inseparable.
The property is home to their cheese-aging caves, an experimental agroforestry vineyard and a diverse landscape inspired by Tuscany’s traditional coltura promiscua. It is a living place, continuously evolving through farming, craftsmanship and the desire to reconnect people with the land.
Visiting Campo Sasso means sharing the values at the heart of the Jollie ecosystem: curiosity, authenticity, respect for the land, meaningful encounters and the simple pleasure of gathering around a table.
The restoration of Campo Sasso was documented in HGTV’s Fixer to Fabulous Italiano, with Dave and Jenny Marrs working alongside Pierre, Rebecca and local Tuscan craftspeople. The series tells the story of the farmhouse’s rebirth; staying at Campo Sasso offers the opportunity to experience what it has since become: A living home at the heart of Pierre and Rebecca’s Tuscany.
