Croce di Febo, situated on the southern side of Montepulciano in Tuscany, is a quaint winery owned by Maurizio and Silvia. This charming estate has evolved into a genuine family venture, with their son also joining the fold. Embracing organic practices, the vineyards primarily cultivate Sangiovese (known as Prugnolo Gentile in Montepulciano's vicinity) for crafting the Vino Nobile and Rosso di Montepulciano, the two traditional wines of the region. Maurizio's passion for natural winemaking is evident in the use of amphora, resulting in a diverse selection including a bone-dry rosé, a field-blend Tuscan red, and a delightful Syrah crafted in the style of the northern Rhône.
