Family Wine Tour

Your day begins with a scenic drive from Florence into the beautiful Tuscan countryside. As you leave the city behind, the landscape opens up into rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, and cypress-lined roads while your Grape Guide introduces you to the history, culture, and wines of the region.

The first stop is a family-friendly winery, where both adults and children can feel at home. While the adults enjoy a guided tasting of three of the estate’s wines paired with traditional Tuscan products, the kids can play and explore the surroundings, including a small playground where they can burn off some energy or get acquainted with the farm animals.

Next, the day continues at another countryside winery featuring a family-friendly introduction to winemaking. A light Tuscan lunch follows at the organic winery and a tasting of five wines (and juice for the kids).

Then stop in the lively Tuscan hilltop town of San Gimignano, known for its towers and bustling atmosphere, where families can have fun exploring the small medieval streets and beautiful piazzas. A stop for gelato is always a favorite for both kids and adults.

After a full day in the Tuscan countryside, relax on the scenic drive back to Florence with wonderful memories for the whole family.

For pick-ups elsewhere than Florence:
We have to review your location to see if it fits with our availability of guides and vans and if feasible for the region you would like to visit. If you want to know this before enquiring, shoot us an email.

Extra pick-up fees are generally 100 euro (per tour, not per person) within 40 km of Florence, and up to 200 euro for distances up to 80 km from Florence.
