Rhone from the North to the South

a Grapetrotters Adventure in June

Over the course of five full days, we will trace the course of the Rhône River from Lyon to Marseille, immersing ourselves in the exploration of iconic producers and savoring the richness of French cuisine. The Rhône Valley unveils a diverse tapestry of grape varieties, soils, and wine styles, including white, sparkling, rosé, red, and fortified wines, all accompanied by a vast array of regional food traditions.

Our initial focus will be on the Northern Rhône region for two days, characterized by its continental climate and vineyards of Syrah and Viognier lining the Rhône River. Subsequently, we will dedicate three days to the Southern Rhône, centered around Avignon, where we will visit various Crus such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côtes-du-Rhône village AOCs.
