The winery:
San Polino is a family owned winery. From the very beginning they decided on an organic approach and have over the past 20 years created great vintages of Brunello di Montalcino. They are now considered one of Montalcino's most respected labels. The wine is made with 100% Sangiovese and aged in big oak barrels for about 35 months.
