We'll stop in picturesque St. Emilion for a guided tour.

LEFT BANK

On this day we'll head to the West side of the river where Cabernet-Sauvignon prevails, to the iconic areas of Margaux, Pauillac -Saint Estèphe and Saint-Julien to explore the diversity of styles according to the terroir.

We will meet a barrel maker to understand the art of the ageing in wood.

We'll enjoy a delicious lunch at the second winery during which we'll enjoy more wines. A third winery in the afternoon will be with a chocolate tasting.

SAUTERNES & PESSAC-LEOGNAN

On the third morning, we will start the day by a stop in Pessac-Leognan to taste delicious top white wine and red (a blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot). Then we head to the amazing area of Sauternes where we will get to try world-class wines, with lunch at the winery. There's a good chance that it'll be harvesting time for the grapes in Sauternes, so it's really a very unique time to visit.

Goodbye aperitif with plenty of good wines, cheese & charcuterie.
