The vineyards are cultivated with great care, focusing on low yields and meticulous vineyard management to produce wines that faithfully express the surrounding countryside. Sangiovese naturally takes centre stage, producing elegant, characterful wines that capture the essence of Tuscany. Alongside these, Fabrizio also crafts outstanding wines from native white grape varieties, demonstrating the same attention to detail and respect for the region's rich viticultural heritage.
