Several decades ago, Paolo and Manuela made a deliberate move away from urban life in Florence, nurturing a dream of a rural existence. They settled in Mugello, nestled in the northern reaches of Tuscany, deep into the Apennine Mountains. Despite not being renowned for winemaking, Paolo was uncertain about the grape variety that would thrive. Opting for Pinot Noir, their decision bore exceptional fruit. The couple meticulously tends to their vineyards, engaging in a hands-on approach that seems as if Paolo and Manuela know each grapevine personally. Although a micro-winery, their extensive expertise and conscientious efforts result in producing the finest wines in the region.
