While many wineries in the area focus primarily on native grape varieties, Mirco has chosen to specialise in two international classics—Merlot and Syrah—which thrive in Cortona's warm climate and clay-rich soils. His philosophy is one of meticulous vineyard work, low-intervention winemaking and careful attention to detail, allowing each variety to express its full character while maintaining elegance and balance.

The compact cellar, tucked beneath the family home, reflects the winery's hands-on approach. With production remaining intentionally small, every stage of the process receives Mirco's personal attention, resulting in wines of remarkable purity and personality.
