Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy All tours require a deposit - a percentage of the tour total to book the tour date. The deposit usually should be forwarded by Paypal at the moment of booking. You will receive further details by email as you proceed with your booking.   There is a total refund if you need to cancel up to 1 month before the tour date (less administrative expenses). If you need to cancel the tour less than 30 days prior to the tour, you will get a 50% return of your deposit (less administrative expenses). If the tour is cancelled less than 15 days before the tour you will loose your deposit.  In case of last minute cancellations (48 hrs before the tour) or a no show, we will hold you responsible for the entire fee of the tour.
