Hands-on Olive Harvest Tour - November 2008
This year I propose a completely new tour, which is harvest related so it will only be possible to join in November when the olive harvest in Tuscany takes place.
On this tour we will go to an olive farm in one of the most beautiful locations in Tuscany. We will leave early in the morning and both pick-up in Florence and in Siena will be possible. You will become part of the olive harvest and will join in the process of making olive oil, from the picking to the crushing of the olives, and the pressing in oil. We will speak of olives and cold press olive oil, there will be a lovely buffet lunch with the new oil, and you will receive a bottle of the oil that you will have helped make.
This tour will be available for a min. of 6 people and a max of 8 people. Price per person Euro 150,00
